The villainous Rachel Weber
Rachel Weber (Shanley Caswell) is the main villainess from "Crushed," episode 8.07 of CSI: NY (airdate November 11, 2011). She is the half-sister of Kate Weber, who had engaged in a date with Jake Bennett.
However, Kate's date with Jake was part of a setup featuring him and his actual girlfriend, Libby Drake. Kate was one of a number of unpopular virgins targeted by Libby and her group of friends, with the setup involving Jake having sex with the girls and telling Libby about their performance, with Libby rating them on a website. Kate and the other girls were given a necklace by Jake, and Rachel noticed how happy Kate was to receive such a gift, but both of them later learned that Kate was the target of Libby's prank, and the necklace represented a "mark of shame."
Rachel noticed how despondent Kate became and confronted Libby at one of her parties, Libby responded callously to Rachel, who later attacked Libby and strangled her to death, using a shirt as a weapon. The villainess tossed the body outside the window, and after the balcony fell, Libby's body was crushed. When the CSI crew arrived at the scene, they believed that the balcony killed Libby, with Rachel keeping up the ruse while being hospitalized. However, after both her and Kate's DNA was found on the necklace (which was placed on Libby's body), Rachel confessed to killing Libby, stating that the world is better off without her, while showing no remorse for her actions. Following her confession, Rachel was arrested (off-screen).
