Nell DeGraf (Beth Littleford) is a recurring villainess from CBS's Wisdom of the Crowd. She was the CEO of social networking site AllSourcer, the former workplace for protagonist Jeffrey Tanner. When Jeffrey left AllSourcer to create the crime fighting app Sophe (as part of his goal of solving the murder of his daughter Mia), Nell came to Jeffrey in an attempt to purchase a share of Sophe, with the intention of monetizing the app.

When Jeffrey refused Nell's offer, the scheming CEO resorted to underhanded methods of changing Jeffrey's mind. After failing to claim that code from AllSourcer had been used to create Sophe, the evil Nell began going after Sara Morton, Jeffrey's partner and fellow ex-AllSourcer employee, for apparent breach of contract to stop her from working with Jeffrey.

In episode 1.10, "Live Stream", Jeffrey confronted Nell in her office and she offered him a deal: she would drop the charges against Sara if Jeffrey gave her a share in Sophe. But undeterred, Jeffrey denied Nell's deal and promised to destroy her if she didn't stop. During the episode, serial killer Lucas King began targeting popular AllSourcer users as part of his delusional vendetta against the state of the Internet. Jeffrey met with Nell to discuss working together to stop King, but the meeting turned into a brief screaming match when Jeffrey suggested a temporary shutdown of AllSourcer and pointed out the lack of safeguards on AllSourcer. Nell later appeared in a press conference claiming the low amount of security on AllSourcer was in place before she became CEO, using Jeffrey as a scapegoat.

Later on, after King was killed by the police after he released another intended victim, Jeffrey met with Nell and revealed his knowledge that she had intentionally removed the safeguards for AllSourcer to save money, thus making it easier for King to track down his victims. As a result, Jeffrey gave Nell an ultimatum: he would keep quiet about her actions and allow her to use him as a scapegoat if she promised to stop her pursuit of a stake in Sophe. Defeated, Nell agreed to Jeffrey's terms.
