Laura Truman (Meral Boduroglu) is a secondary antagonist in the 1982 action crime film "Diamond Connection".
Laura is the wife of George Truman, a man who solely survives a deadly plane crash. Among the other passengers on the plane was a man named Arthur Ferguson, who was smuggling diamonds into the country. Rightfully fearing that he indeed might not survive, Arthur entrusts George with the task of delivering the diamonds to his daughter, Magda . However, when the plane goes down, the case containing the jewels sinks to the bottom of the sea. Wanting the diamonds for himself, Geroge phones his wife.
Laura hires a diver who is said to be the best of the best to help them retrieve the diamonds. Meanwhile, Magda and Arthur's associates have come looking for the loot as well and supply a diver of their own. The Trumans' diver prevails and the trio escapes with the plunder, though not before George shoots and kills two of the rival team's members.
Magda manages to track the three down in a secluded house, and has a catfight with George's wife. However, due to a gun struggle between two of the men, Laura is fatally shot.
