Ikuko Kojima (Chikako Akimoto) was a villainess from "Facial Mask Murder Case", episode 2.17 of Case Closed (airdate January 27, 1997). She was the owner of a successful electronics superstore and was known as a leading philanthropist, and the mother of socialite Chihiro Kojima. Ikuko was found strangled to death in her house in the beginning of the episode, and Chihiro (along with Takeo Izumi and Juro Yoshioka) were suspected of being the killer due to visiting Ikuko on the day of her death.

Over the course of the investigation, Ikuko was revealed to have been a self-serving and callous woman in life. Along with threatening to oust Juro for embezzling money from her company and cutting financial ties with Chihiro due to disapproving of her husband, Ikuko also was planning to indict Takeo for his stock investments costing her 6 billion dollars (despite Takeo having only invested as Ikuko asked him to).

Not wanting to be taken to court, Takeo begged Ikuko to halt her plans, offering to pay her back for the damages. At that, however, the callous Ikuko revealed her intentions to have Takeo's parents sell their land to her to pay off their son's debt, even going as far as to "assure" Takeo that his parents would live long enough to fulfill the arrangement. Angered by Ikuko's threat, Takeo strangled his villainous boss to death.
