Miss Goodthighs (Jacqueline Bisset) is a spy in the 1967 spoof James Bond film "Casino Royale".

Miss Goodthighs is a SMERSH operative and assassin working for Le Chiffre (Orson Welles). In the movie, she is credited only as "Miss Goodthighs", however in some publications and stories, she is named "Giovanna Goodthighs".

In the film, she attempts to kill baccarat master Evelyn Tremble (Peter Sellers), who is operating under the alias James Bond 007 (David Niven). She shows up at Tremble's suite at Casino Royale in a bid to prevent him from bankrupting her employer Le Chiffre. In his hotel suite, she appears wearing a nightgown and cradling a large bottle of champagne suggestively in her arms. Her greeting startled Tremble, and he wheeled around shooting his pistol, which she calmly said he "missed Mr. Bond". She introduced herself as Miss Goodthighs, and Tremble responded that "I can see that". She then attempted to poor her bottle of champagne into her glass, but the cork was still in the bottle. Tremble then had her stick out her arm with the bottle and he shot off the cork by popping open the cork on the bottle of champagne.

After handing him a glass of the bubbly, she walked over to the bed and laid down on it, complimenting him on his sexy pants. Tremble asked her how much she tipped the porter to let her in to his room. She responded that she "just showed him a little kindness". The two began kissing on the bed, and Miss Goodthighs dropped a pill into his glass of champagne located on the night stand. The glass began to fizz. Tremble then dropped a pink pill into the same glass, which was evidently an antidote pill.

After taking a drink from the glass, he began to feel the effects of the drug and told her he needed to be excused for 5 minutes to freshen up. Tremble walked into the bathroom, where he collapsed on the ground and began hallucinating. Despite successfully seducing Bond and poisoning him with a spiked drink, he is later rescued by his recruiter and ally Vesper Lynd (Ursula Andress).

When Tremble awoke later, he asks what became of her, Lynd remarks that she "took care of her". This suggests that she was eliminated by Lynd and her associates and the body removed.

A scene of her body being found (after being strangled by Vesper Lynd) was reportedly shot, but deleted from the finished film. Therefore, it appears that she was strangled, but that is only speculation, since the movie audience was not privy to that information.
