Dominique Masterson (Sophie Gendron) is a villainess from the 2008 Lifetime film Dead at 17. She was the wife of Curt Masterson and the stepmother to his teenage sons, Cody and Gabe Masterson. She and Curt were also the heads of Masterson Enterprises, a successful and wealthy company.

While Dominique initially appeared to be a compassionate and benevolent boss, it was quickly revealed to be a mask for her true form: a callous and self-serving businesswoman, with her husband sharing her sentiment. Dominique's heel persona first came to light when she coldly disregarded the alcoholism of Holly, the wife of Jack (an employee at their company), and expressed a desire to replace Jack for (in her mind) being an unfit employee. She also went to Holly and taunted her with the fact that her husband's work kept him away from home so much, asking her to stop calling Jack so often and suggesting that their time apart would be good for their marriage.

When 17-year-old Jason Harris (the teenage son of the Mastersons' friend, Alyssa Harris, and a friend of Cody and Gabe's) was found dead in an apparent suicide, Dominique expressed sympathy for Alyssa, but expressed a belief that poor parenting was what was causing the epidemic of teen suicides and went out of town for business with Curt rather than attending Jason's funeral. But later on, Dominique learned that Cody had killed a stripper named Becca that he'd hired for a party he had with Gabe, Jason, and their friend Ty, and that the four boys had decided to hide her body to avoid getting in trouble. Cody confessed when Alyssa (having been unable to believe her son's death was a suicide) came to him demanding the truth, but claimed that it was Jason who killed Becca, only admitting the truth to his father and stepmother after Alyssa left.

After calming down Curt, who was enraged at Cody for jeopardizing his reputation, the evil Dominique called Holly (who was Ty's mother) and ordered her to make sure Ty went along with Cody's claims, warning her that Ty would go to prison if she didn't do so. But when Alyssa and her daughter Danni went to talk with Ty, Holly encouraged Ty to tell the truth, and he assisted Alyssa in proving that Cody and Gabe killed Jason. The movie's epilogue revealed that Cody and Gabe were found guilty of Jason's murder, and that Dominique and Curt also faced charges for obstruction.
