Carli (Grey DeLisle) is the villainess of "Poodle Justice", episode 1.04 of Be Cool, Scooby Doo! (airdate October 8, 2015). She was the assistant producer for the popular TV mystery series Poodle Justice, working under its' director, Daniel Valentino. Carli appeared to be an attentive and helpful producer, even when the show seemed to be attacked by a malicious gargoyle, which caused many crew members to quit the show.
In the episode's climax, the gargoyle appeared during filming and attacked the Scooby Gang, but was ultimately defeated when it fell into wet cement. Fred Jones broke through the hardened cement and unmasked the "gargoyle" to reveal Carli as the villainess. Velma went on to reveal how Carli had made her gargoyle costume out of plaster and how she had used that to deduce the gargoyle wasn't real, along with the fact that Carli's attack on the mansion where the show was filmed was contradictory to the traditional gargoyle mythos.
Regarding her motivation, Carli revealed that she had become tired of being unappreciated for all the work she did for the show and had been wanting to get Daniel fired so she could take over as director. Carli was then taken away by the police, having to be lifted in the back of a police car by a crane.
